The baby monitor is well packed and delivered fast. The initial setup is straightforward and seamless. A part of the monitor is bendable so that I can place it in a flexible location, which is easy to use. The functions which I find extremely useful are (1) the breathing and activity analysis is amazing, it tells my baby’s sleep/awake state, and let me know if I need to check her up; (2) the measurement of room temperature is essential for my new born baby; (3) the camera to see and the speaker to communicate with my baby which makes my life easier for multi-tasking; (4) rich selections of music to play with my baby. Sound and movement detections have been accurate enough. This is an all-in-one baby monitor which exceeds my expectation. I am happy with it and would recommend the monitor to others as a must have baby product.

I tried this camera in two different spots. In the furthest one- it actually read the BPM better but not consistently. It would read it then go to zero. And then- I wouldn’t even get a notification even though I have the settings on. Definitely confused about that. Where I put the camera closer- it read nothing for BPM. I’m not happy at all because I mostly bought this for the breathing function. I hope I can update this review with more positivity when I can get a solution. Image and sound work great. That’s the only plus.

So we were happy with this monitor until the app crashed and baby was left crying for hours. LOOK at the reviews for the app. We sent this back and are highly upset of the lack of quality with the app. What if he had quit breathing! All problems were around the app itself.

We have purchased two of these monitors. One was purchased in Feb. 2022 while the other was purchased in June 2024. The one purchased in June 2024 failed in November 2024. This was outside of the Amazon return window, so I reached out to the manufacturer about replacement. I contacted the manufacturer Nov. 27,2024. The manufacturer failed to respond within two weeks. I reached out again on Dec 11,2024 asking for an update. I received one three days later and the manufacturer seemed fine with moving forward with a warranty claim. I gave them the requested information and said I'd like to change the request to be refund, not replacement. I had already replaced the item as I couldn't wait the two weeks it took them in order to monitor my child. I received no response for a month and asked for updates twice in between. Finally on January 13,2025 they replied saying that they would be unable to grant the refund request as they are only able to grant refunds within 30 days of purchase. I emailed twice sharing that their policy on their website says they have one year warranty on all items. I found a few days later the policy they were referencing and said I'd be okay with a replacement since I wasn't eligible for refund. Since I requested a straight replacement on January 16,2025 I've received no further communication from iBaby. I've followed up twice, I've even attempted to put in a new ticket in case mine got lost. This company doesn't honor their warranty and I would recommend staying away. For the product itself, we wanted an option so that we could see our baby over the internet on our phone and not have to worry about toting a monitor around the house with us. The shoddy network code in this product leads you to have to reboot the app multiple times to get a connection sometimes. Repeatedly rebooting the device to restore a connection. There's also the features of the app being lackluster. The "breathing" tracking is not accurate at all. It would read breaths even when the cradle was empty. Not to mention every couple days they would update the app and you couldn't see your child until you agreed to new terms. I've pulled this junk off the walls and put up a new system which has given me none of the connectivity problems that this unit gave me. If you're a soon-to-be parent take this as a word of warning, do not go with this product. When you want to check on your child one evening it can turn into a multi-minute affair with the shoddyness of their app. Go with something else. I replaced this unit with something cheaper that works better, it just doesn't connect to the internet.

The video quality is great and I like the experience of using the app. I like how it is versatile in terms of how you can set it up. Skeptical of the breathing monitor. It thinks our baby's bpm is 12. Not sure if that is because he has a pacifier in and is bundled up, but either way, not useful. It also calculated the bpm of his blanket lol

Amazing! Very easy to install, easy to take with you on holiday etc. Perfect to combine with other Ibaby products and use split screen. Night vision is very good and useful. As wel as the sound, the speak-back-option and music. This Ibaby is much better quality and has extra breathing condition options than our others! Very happy with it!

Bought primarily for breath tracking purposes. This seems to work fairly well. The software will not display breathing until the little one falls asleep, so it's hard to test until you need it. I haven't found an in app way to turn the thing off as others have said, BUT it's easy enough to connect it to a smart outlet and have programmed routines to deal with that. I use these all over so that wasn't a big deal to me. It takes a (completely reasonable) little bit of time to come back on power up, around 15-20 seconds on my network, and when it comes up the app picks up like it should. I'm primarily using with an apple phone but have an android as well; the android app is not as good. I've noticed either one or the other works well with other baby monitors that phones can connect to so this is not really surprising, but something to keep in mind if you don't have both.

Easy setup, out of the box and running in minutes. Very Good high quality picture both day and night. This is my second ibaby monitor and I love the way the app shows views from both monitors at the same time.

It has lots of functions. I can received the message easily that I know what baby is doing and it’s clear picture. Just not easy to fix only have the 3m to stick, but it still worth to buy it.

This device came well reccomended by Mummy blogs and at a good price point we of course wanted to give it a try. Flash forward 9 months and it's turned out to be a dud. Some nights our phones never stop going off with abnormal breathing rate alarms, and this would be okay if at least we could reassure ourselves the AI was just a little overzealous. However, as my husband realised recently, the app will 'track' a normal breathing rate at times when the baby is not in the cot and the entire bed is still. At this point we cant trust any reading the monitor gives, and on top of that the return window for faulty items is just 3 months. Now it's just the most expensive thermometer we've ever owned.
