Do this product contain PVC in any way or form?

The Cover Sheet of the product says it has PVC. This is also in the description on the Amazon listing: "PREMIUM MATERIAL – Eco-friendly PVC sheets and PET pockets, durable and free of acids and chemical softeners that will not cause any damage to your stamp collection." I am using these and very happy with them. I am not using them for stamps. I use them to organize ephemera.

Do the stamps not move around our fall out easily?

You can either secure the stamps with mounts and then insert them. Sometimes the stamps move but I try to keep them in the correctly sized sheets. I use these extensively
