What's one thing you wish you knew before you bought it?

That the thermometer will not work on food items that are at or below 35 degrees F (~1.5 C). It will flash on and off telling you the probe needs to be inserted. If you want to cook right out of the freezer or fridge, you need to let the food warm up a bit before trying to use temperature control. This should be something they put in the manual. But they do not. Other than that, love everything else about it.

Can you use other bake pans or Corning ware to bake in this?

Corning ware should only be put in a pre-heated oven. Doing otherwise could cause it to break.

How large of a whole chicken can be air fried?

You can get away with a standard size frier chicken. You should spatchcock it though. Otherwise it just doesn’t cook right..
