I am writing this review after going through an entire canister of this product over the course of many weeks of training. I wanted to have fully experienced it before I made a determination about it. I have been a serious athlete and gym rat for over 20 years and have tried dozens of supplements trends, etc. So, I am hoping to be able give an honest, genuine, and informative review. Full disclosure, I do know the owner of the Organic Muscle company, so I am slightly biased towards him (he is a great guy!). In the spirit of transparency wanted to share that in advance. I will start with the things I did not like about the product, then the things I do like, and wrap up with my overall impression/prognosis of the product. The taste has been mentioned in several other reviews and so not to belabor that anymore, but to touch on it: it is not great. I got the LemonBerry flavor (that had the best reviews on taste). It is not disgusting, but definitely not something I looked forward to drinking in the beginning. I am used to the sugary pre-workouts that are full of flavor and I can “taste” the sugar-rush getting ready to course through my veins in every sip. Being that this is organic, it makes sense that it is not super sugary. I actually got used to it over time and never loved it, but got to the point of indifference where I didn’t have to hold my nose or want to drink it down like liquid candy either. There is no initial burst of energy that you get from drinking it. You don’t get that “want to run through a brick wall” or “start tossing around cars in the parking lot” feel. It slowly works its way into your system without there being an intense mental and physical fire blazing through your body. I used to like that feeling, because it made me feel like I was about to move some big weights and get a better workout in (even if just in my head). This does not have that effect. The packaging/size of the canister. I got the 20-servings size and it did not seem to last very long. Especially for the price, I would have liked to have more, but it may just be my experience with other brands having bigger canisters, but when you open it, there is only 1/3 of it full of the powder. This canister was actually full to the (almost) lid. It lasted several weeks (of 3-4 workouts per week), but seemed to run out quicker than I would have liked (could just be my perception, though; not very data oriented response here, sorry.). The price. It is pretty expensive. I get that it is a quality product with quality ingredients, but just for the sake of mentioning it, I felt stretched to pay for it versus other pre-workout brands. It is not cheap, but most good things aren’t. Okay, now for the good: It never had a crash effect. I may have not gotten a big burst of energy at first, but it came on steadily throughout the workout and continued to give me strength and stamina during my entire workout, without any drop off. Even after my workout and going through the rest of my day, I never had a big crash or energy dump. It fueled my entire workout and work day with a steady flow of solid mental and physical energy. This was the biggest part that I loved and impressed me! I got better gains and continued growth week after week, AND could get after it in my work day with mental clarity and focused energy! The ingredients are all organic and healthy for your body and overall health. Not just for strength and physique gains, but general health got better. Productivity, energy, sound sleep, and overall well being has increased. In summary, there are a few things that keep this product from being perfect, but the good far outweighs the bad. It is an excellent product that is well worth the price. And once you get used to the taste, you too will see increased gains in the gym and your overall health! I highly recommend giving it a try and seeing the results for yourself!

It's definitely effective and doesn't make you feel jittery or heart racing like most pre-workouts. Its definitely organic taste the strawberry mango, tastes more like biting into raw potatoes, the lemon berry tastes the best ! Great energy throughout my workout, my only gripe is the price per ounces,amount is very little, verses other pre-workouts like transparent labs stim free pre-workout, its very expensive and not enough $60.00 and went through this in 2 weeks. I'd give it a 5 if it weren't for the price.

I usually avoid pre-workouts because most brands make my heart race and leave me feeling shaky for hours. I decided to try this for my evening Pilates sessions since the caffeine content seemed much more manageable. It gave me a steady sense of focus through my entire routine without that frantic "wired" sensation. I actually felt like I could power through the last few reps without my energy dropping off suddenly halfway. The lemon berry taste is pleasant and not overly sweet. I mixed it in a simple glass with a spoon and it dissolved surprisingly well without needing a shaker ball. It’s been great having a way to boost my endurance without ruining my sleep schedule later that night. For someone who is usually pretty sensitive to stimulants, this has been a really helpful find for my cabinet.

I have tried at least a dozen pre-workout supplements. These are meant to give you a boost, and some of us find that boost highly beneficial. If you you don't need it, I'd say don't bother. But if you believe it will be helpful to you, this one is certainly worth a try. In some cases, pre-workout supplements can cause your heart to race or feel strange (like your pours are about to burst). This one does not do that. I feel energized yet I don't feel like I just smoked a big bag of crack or meth (insert Walter White meme here). I have decided to focus more on organic/natural powders because of the amount of fake crap in some of the supplements. Again, that led me to this one, where I know I am avoiding a lot of those damaging ingredients. As far as the taste goes . . . well . . . I've never had one of these supplements that I would regard as "tasting good". So, compared to the other supplements I've tried, it tastes less bad. The reality is, you'd do well to mix this with something. I can stomach drinking it straight but I usually follow up with these really good organic fruit snacks. The sweetness gets rid of the nasty aftertaste. Yeah, that's just one of those things. Pre-workout supplements, especially natural/organic ones, aren't known for winning tasting contests. Overall, you get a healthy alternative whose taste isn't so bad that you want to vomit in this package so I find it well worth it. The price is right on par for others like it. 20 servings per container.

Okay, first things first the stuff works as a preworkout. It has a nice pump/kick to it without being over the top like the other preworkouts I have tried. I really do like the way I feel with this stuff and I do add my own creatine to get that extra pump but...it taste like a V8 that was left out for a few days. I mean I've been taking supps for the last 2 decades and have had some pretty bad tasting stuff in my days. This is definitely one of the worst tasting supps I've had. If you have a weak stomach or need sugary, fruity, tasty preworkout, then pass on this. If you don't mind slamming this back like you're at a college kegger just to avoid the taste as much as possible with a great organic preworkout that won't make you all jittery, then give this a go. I would give it 4 stars but its only 20 servings per container and the taste is like rotted vegetables, mainly beets, that have been dehydrated and put in a jug.

tastes so awful leaves a terrible taste in your mouth. I drank six pepsi's trying to get rid of the taste. It also doesn't even do anything I think if it does do anything it's psychological
