Was dubious as the cups were so shallow but it produced the best Yorkshire puddings I’ve ever made. They were a good size and rose perfectly. Zero sticking to the tray either. They get that big they push each other out of their cups on the tray.

Great product tray very solid makes great Yorkshire puddings easy to use, Yorkshires do not stick, stands high heat, the price is good value unlike a lot of trays which don't last long,, this one should last for years, also cleans easily in sink with hot water and washing up liquid

Cup of eggs, cup of plain flour, cup of milk. Use same cup cannot go wrong, make sure mix has been made for at least 2-3 hours before, hot Yorkshire tin(beef dripping, not muffin tin 220 degrees after 20 Minutes turn temperature down to 200 DO NOT OPEN OVEN enjoy👍

I used this pan to make muffin tops and it worked out perfectly. I will try drop cookies next, I want a uniform size cookie that the edges don't spread out and end up breaking. The pan will be used for Yorkshire puddings too.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Was not impressed with the shallow pan at all. I felt like it cooked way too fast and my Yorkshire puddings went everywhere. I’m sure it was something I did wrong but probably will not use this pan again and will continue to use my muffin or popover pans.
