トレーニングの一時間前に7粒飲んでます。飲んですぐはその日の体調によっては喉に何か詰まった感覚や胃痛、吐き気などを生じることがありますが、トレーニング時間には治まります。燃えてるぞ！と錯覚させるのはカプサイシン、実際に燃やすのはカルニチン…と聞いたので次からカルニチンサプリを単体購入してのみます。

ケース開けたら生乾きの靴下みたいないやな臭いがします、手にとって飲むときもとても臭いのですごく飲みづらい、効果はほかのファットバーナー系のサプリと大差なかったのですがこの臭いがすべてをだめにしてます、もう買いません
