Very sharp and consistent hooks
I have gone through several packs of these hooks. Right out of the package they are razor sharp and set cleanly with very little effort. I’ve used them for a variety of species and they hold fish securely without bending. The hook design is perfect for live bait and cut bait, giving a natural presentation while still providing excellent hookup ratios. Even after multiple trips, they stay sharp and resist corrosion better than most hooks I’ve used. If you want reliable hooks you can trust when it counts, Gamakatsu Octopus Hooks are hard to beat. They’re worth the money and I keep them stocked in my tackle box.

Great hooks, really sharp. I use the when I fish in the summer in Canada, but have to first pinch the barb off of each.
