Uh, as it says directly in the ad in multiple places AND on the product label picture, it is .030". Isn't spending a minute to read easier than posting a question? Need to convert to mm, type .030" into Google (it's 0.762mm).Look for .045" wire. Yes you can weld aluminum with this wire(however it is used with a MIG welder with a spoolgun and argon gas)

Will this weld 7075 aluminum?

7075 aluminum is not weldable, period.

Will this work with a Lincon Electric welder? Does it have a flux core?
