Calcium 1000 mg, Magnesium 400 mg, Zinc 25 mg, Vitamin D 600 IU. My bottle was per 3 caplets and the bottle had 100 caplets.

What is the expiration date for the batch you have? I would like to purchase qty = 10.

I've heard that the vitamins that don't hv an expiration date have got actually more vitamins m minerals than ones w . expiration dates. The new ones are allegedly full of fillers. I do know the ones I use to take from wallmart made me feel a lot better than the ones I've bought with expiration date. Imo..big pharma doesn't want us relying on vitamins to feel better. One day these were just no longer on shelves or warehouses only online.

This one replaces 4 vitamins - calcium, magnesium, zinc and vitamin D! Price much cheaper compared to cost of the individual supplements. Calcium and magnesium capsules are usually large - but this is size of regular multivitamin and easy to swallow

Work get for feet cramps
