These fit into my Elvie stride perfectly. I don’t love that they’re not see through so it can be hard to line up your nipple. They do the job and they’re comfy though.

These are fine and helped make my elbow have a suitable flange size. I wish they were a more see through plastic so I could make sure my nipple was aligned properly. But after a few uses that was less of an issue.

Did the job! Originally had bought a 17mm, but my lactation consultant sized me to a 15mm and I feel much better and comfortable. Came quick too. Sterilized fine as well.

Like others have mentioned, I wish these were clear. I was pumping for 5 minutes with nothing coming out thinking there was no way, and it was because I couldn't see where my nipple was in the flange and it had gotten snooshed 😂 I use these for the Madela pump in style and they fit well. Also used it for the lansinoh manual pump and does not fit as well, there is a bit of wiggle room and can be a milky mess in there if not careful.

These flange inserts are very easy to use and work well with my spectra pump flanges.

Pros: Product is made of soft silicone which is very comfy and is easy to use. It also sits well in the flange and does not move while in use. Inserts were shipped on time and arrived undamaged. Cons: even though it fit my Elvie stride it's not snug enough so it leaks and the pump ends up not suctioning properly. I bought 2 sizes 19 mm and 21 mm they both have the same issue. When buying the product I made sure it was returnable before I ordered. BEWARE: it is NOT returnable even though it states "Return policy: Eligible for Refund or Replacement." Also like everybody else mentioned it would be great if the inserts were clear it would help a lot with troubleshooting and I could probably fix the fitting issue if I could see how it's working while in the flange. I was so excited when I found these only to be disappointed. I am now stuck with these inserts that I can not even use.

Using the 19mm on my 27mm medela and 24mm momcozy and comfort is great. Thick silicone so should last. Very soft. Happy with this product!

Popped these inserts into my 24mm flange that my wearable elvie breast pumps came with. Slid right in. Nice tight fit no issues. Suction was good. And definitely helped me with my nipple size. I could have bought the 21mm flange right from elvie but these are a fraction of the cost and work great! Plus I’m in Canada so elvie product is just harder to come by

Marketing is misleading: it DOES partially block the upper holes of the elvie (the ones giving it its succion). That said, sizing is right, it works, but does significantly lower succion. I didn’t cut it as it’s good enough for my purpose (I have an oversupply), but it may make a significant difference for underproducers. I got about half of what I usually get with my spectra, in twice the time. They could likely easily fix this problem by doing a sharp external slope on the pump side opening of the silicone, I don’t know why they didn’t just mold it like that, seems simple enough, *especially* for small nipple sizes. Beware.

My Mom cozy pumps were unwearable, they hurt so bad when I used them. These made the flange fit perfect and now they are my favourite pumps to wear!
