Great addition to my first aid kit with
really effective product; it helped me a lot with burn pain and a very fast relief. The 4% lidocaine is strong and really numbs the pain good. It also has antiseptic that kills germs and aloe vera that cools skin. Small size but works powerful. Good to keep at home for emergency, I recommend.

Husband gets burnt at work a few times a year (blue collar work) and loves this cream. He lets the burn cool off for about 20 minutes when it happens then applies the gel, lets it dry, and softly wraps the burn. Washes the area, reapplies the gel, and changes the dressing about 3 times a day.

This is the BEST burn gel! My husband is a chef and uses this frequently after burns from hot oven . This gel creates a barrier and protects his skin and promotes healing while he continues working . You will not be disappointed 10/10!
