I've been using this product for over a month now and it has been great! I have not ever experienced any irritation even when I got it in my eyes a few times. Does sting a little though. Results are subtle but it does work, my almost nonexistent lashes have become fuller, longer and more healthy looking. Same with eyebrows, even had some new hairs growing in overplucked areas. I wish the wand was more like a mascara wand though, would be easier to apply. I have purchased this product twice now and will probably keep coming back to it as it has now become part of my nighttime routine.

Started using in January and in three months I have fuller eyebrows. Not too much of a difference in my eyelashes but I will continue to use and see how the eyelashes do.

I have autoimmune issues that cause hair loss, including my eyelashes, so I wasn’t expecting miracles, but I was curious to try this since it's from Neutrogena, a brand I’ve always trusted. While it doesn’t contain the same ingredients as the prescription lash enhancers, I figured it was a safe, gentle alternative, and thankfully, it didn’t irritate my eyes (just don’t get it in your eyes, because it will sting.). After using it consistently twice a day for two months, I’ve seen a subtle but encouraging improvement. Where there used to be nothing but smooth skin, I now have a few little baby lashes peeking through!. They’re tiny, sure, but they’re something, and that’s more than I had before. I can finally wear mascara again without it highlighting bald patches or looking worse than going bare. Now, even my sparse lashes look passable with a coat of mascara, and I’ll take that as a win. Would I love fuller lashes? Of course! But given my autoimmune challenges, I’m honestly happy with any progress. I’m nearly out of this tube and already planning to reorder next month. For someone in a similar situation, this might be worth trying, especially if you’re looking for a gentle formula from a brand that doesn’t mess around when it comes to safety.

I have used many serums, castor oil, etc. to help my eyebrows grow. This one is the best I've tried for nurturing growth without irritation (or prostaglandins.) So... it's not a miracle in a bottle, but if you have hair follicles it will enocurage your growth/length over time.

I've used this product for a month account to directions. My lashes are healthy and maybe a little bit longer. Over all, I'll try something else next time

I love this serum. Not only does it keep my eyelashes healthy but I use it instead of mascara. I have very straight eyelashes that do not hold a curl well. I apply this to my lashes & use a clean spoolie to comb them & distribute the serum from root to tip. I let it dry for about a minute & then heat my eyelash curler with a blow dryer & curl the lashes. It holds the curl all day & plumps up my eyelashes enough that I rarely use mascara. If I want a more dramatic look, I will use mascara or even false lashes but since my eyelashes have become more full/long/healthy, I rarely do.

For context, I’ve been missing half of my lashes on my right eye for months now. (I’d show a pic for proof, but I feel like it would be kinda weird to take a close up of my eye, so I’m not gonna do that.) I’m not sure why they started falling out, but I was becoming super insecure, so as a last ditch effort before going to a dermatologist, I bought this lash serum. That being said, I wasn’t expecting much. I thought that it was probably another product making false promises. But I was wrong! After all those months of trying to get my eyelashes to grow on their own with no results, I had new growth after only two weeks of use. Now after almost a month, my lashes are almost full, though still growing to normal length. Some people complain about the applicator not being a spoolie, but I find that the small brush does great at placing the product right at the follicle where the hair actually grows from. On top of that, I haven’t experienced any eye irritation at all, which was another thing I was weary about. TLDR; great product with visible results, no eye irritation, and good application. Will buy again.

I wish I took a before and after. Honestly I wasn't expecting the results I got so I didn't bother. Years of daily mascara and pregnancy took a toll on my lashes. Everyone I talked to said that I should use grande lash. Which I believe would probably work and I have seen great results in a friends lashes. But I wasn't comfortable with using prostaglandins, so I tried this. Glad I chose this instead. My lashes are fuller and longer. It even helped my lower lashes. No fallout. I don't really think of this as a miracle growing serum. I think of this as conditioning my lashes to make them stronger. Just like we do with our hair right? And it works. It isn't overnight but daily use has made a big difference for me. Well worth the $15.
