Bang for your buck!!
As a vegan, I love to have my occasional chickpea omelet's in the mornings some times but the flour at my local supermarket is $6.00 for a small bag and it barely lasts me a few days. I went online and started to look through Amazon and came across this brand. The reviews were great and I was paying $5 for double the amount of what I normally get so it was worth a shot. The texture is soft like regular flour, smells fresh, and the packaging makes it easy to seal for safe storing. I highly recommend it and will definitely continue buying this brand !

May take a little getting used to at first, but it is easy to get hooked and makes such easy, quick, cheap and tasty ready-meals. It is versitile, shelf-stable for long periods, and a good thing to have in the pantry!

Great flavor!
Excellent texture and flavor--very fresh. I usually buy from the health food store bulk bins, but that's not happening for a while--plus this is organic and better quality (although somewhat more expensive).

I use this flour a lot for a variety of baking. It works well for pancakes, muffins, waffles, etc. I mix it with one or two other flours and my goodies come out perfectly every time. I see it as a perfect option for those who are GF. To my surprise, "wheat eating" kids and adults have tried my recipes and like them.
