Red Sunflower Seeds UK 80 Helianthus Packet Flower Seeds by Pretty Wild Seeds

Bought and planted these seeds in March. All grew. All beautiful.. given 5 stars even though they aren't red. Pretty but they're yellow with a little reddish colour

Arrived next day. All seeds germinated in a week indoors. Fingers crossed for good flowers.

So these are not red at all, they are yellow, but one flower had a very slightl something, but not even that was really red. Now that's out of the way. I have never been able EVER to grow sunflowers, I get given plugs to plant and slugs or snails eat them immediately. I direct sowed these in the garden and forgot about them, only sowing about 6 seeds in various places. The only one that hasn't grown and flowered was one in a pot quite high up. The rest are still flowering into October, one isn't upright but we had a storm while I was away so, I will say they are the strongest sunflowers I've ever known and managed to not get eaten or die in a storm. If you can get over they are not red these are really strong plants. Will be sowing more next year and see if I can get that beautiful red.

Really impressed with my purchase every single seed sprouted and grew into a beautiful flower that attracted bees, butterflies and unfortunately squirrels 😆

Easy to grow. The petals are yellow and not red. The seed packet photo is misleading. The seeds were expensive considering you can pick up yellow sunflower seeds for much cheaper than what I paid for the 'red' sunflower seeds.

Very disappointed. Only got two red ones from the whole packet, a couple were variegated but most were yellow.
