how many volts does this run on at top speed?

I'm having trouble programming the skywalker 40a esc that comes with this edf kit using beeps. do you recommend a particular led programming card?

the picture shows and the heaed states 4300kv 4s but the choice are 3900kv 4s or 4900kv 3s? so is it 4300 or 3900 for the 4s?
