Is this material heavy enough to filter light if hung on a window (I would be buying black)?

It’s not like a blackout curtain but it does filter light and will darken the room. The material is heavy and it hangs beautifully. I have the black curtain.

How many weights/magnets are in the hem?

This shower curtain is made of heavy weighted farbric and weighted hem, It will not swing easily.

You said you refunded me $23.16 but instead you took out another $23.16 out of my account And now owe me $46.32 and I'm asking you to please put it b.

I called Amazon itself and it seemed to work for me when I had a little bit of trouble
