ACDelco Gold 217-1806 (89053319) Idle Air Control Valve

This item is working great on my 2002 Chevy Camaro Z28.

Exact replacement

Replaced the cheap ACDelco NotOZone part I had picked up previously that let the idle wander and randomly die when coming to a stop, running the a/c would cause the idle to raise up and you could let off the throttle and the truck would stay around 2300 rpm speeding up instead of coasting down. Truck runs great now no more wandering idle and doesnt bog when coming to stops. No more high idle with a/c running and truck doesnt speed up on its own while off the throttle. I definitely recommend using the delco pro over the basic delco or cheapy ones. Solved all my running issues. 6 months later 14k miles on the truck still no repeat issues. Highly recommend this over anything else. Some parts you can cheap out on but not this one.

Bought a cheap one first an it was idoling high when just in drive. Bought this one an now it’s back to normal idol. Says it doesn’t fit a 04 Chevy express van but it does

did not fix my issue on 2000 silverado P0507 code. Had to go buy another different brand and problem code went away.

I installed and it solved my idle problem with the 2001 Silverado. I tried a parts store one before, going with the AC Delco seems to have done the trick.
