Bought a pack of three elbows on amazon first since I only needed 2 but they had inconsistent wall thickness and burned through all over the place. Threw those in the garbage and bought these and right out of the box I knew they were better quality and heavier weight. Sure enough they welded perfectly. Highly recommend!

used these stainless 90-degree bends while building a custom exhaust setup, and they worked exactly how you want bends to work when you’re fabricating — consistent shape, good material, and easy to weld. First thing I checked was the bend quality. The radius is smooth and not kinked or crushed, which is huge for exhaust flow. Cheap bends sometimes neck down or wrinkle on the inside of the curve, but these kept a consistent diameter through the turn. Wall thickness also feels right — not paper-thin, so you don’t blow through it when welding. The stainless finish was clean with minimal surface contamination. A quick wipe and they were ready to tack. They cut easily with a chop saw/band saw and didn’t fray or split at the edges. Fit-up to straight pipe sections was good too — no weird out-of-round issues that force you to fight gaps. Once welded in, they held alignment well and didn’t warp badly from heat. That makes a big difference when you’re trying to line up a full exhaust system without everything shifting after final welds. After heat cycles, there’s no rusting or scaling beyond normal stainless color change near welds. If you’re building anything from a turbo setup to a simple custom cat-back, these are way better than trying to pie-cut a bunch of straight sections. Cleaner look, smoother flow, and less work overall. Just make sure you order the correct diameter and material type (304 vs 409, etc.) for your setup. And if you’re running tight clearances, measure the centerline radius of the bend so it fits where you need it. Pros: • Smooth, non-crushed bends • Good wall thickness • Easy to cut and weld • Holds shape during welding • Clean professional look Cons: – Needs proper tools to work with (not beginner-friendly) – Stainless discoloration near welds is normal Bottom line: Solid stainless 90s for anyone fabricating an exhaust. Strong material, clean bends, and way better than cheap thin elbows that rust or deform. Perfect for custom builds.

Not as advertised. They claim to be “seamless” but there is most definitely a welded seam on the inside.

Working on a mid mount twin turbo kit for my 370z and i had purchased a tight 180 bend from vibrant for $65.00 just to used it for 2 90* bends. Ran into these and Wow! Used a magnet on it to test... true 304 stainless. Caliper check... 16 gauge!. Tack Tig welded nicely too. Worked out very well. I'll post pictures when I have it complete, but definitely a bargain. Quick shipping too!

I wasn’t really impressed when i opened the box but i opened a bag and noticed the edges were really clean and they are true 90 bends. Also they have a Stamp on them that they are 304 stainless. I bought them to fabricate an exhaust for my truck and man it was great. The material is thick and i tig welded it and it welds really nice. Definately will purchase these again if i need them!
