It depends on your needs. If you would like to connect the server to the QSFP ports of the cisco nexus 9364c, then yes, you will need a QSA adapter and also a 10G SFP+ module or a 10G sfp+ DAC cable. Based on the datasheet of cisco nexus 9364c, we can see there are 2 of 1/10G SFP+ ports on the switch, so you also can directly connect it to the 10G sfp+ port.
