Not bad for the cheapest diaper I can find
I don't have any complaints, they're perfect for the price, I don't expect them to be as absorbent as more expensive diapers, but for one of the cheapest diapers out there they're pretty good (better than most in the price range) as long as I put them on correctly I don't have problems with leaking, out of a 100 pack I've only had two tear while putting them on ( that was my fault ). I've learned that you can't be hasty putting diapers on if you want them to do their job well, I always wear a leak proof diaper cover with all diapers just in case I didn't get them on around my legs right, or get caught in a bad spot and they get to full, better safe than looking like you peed your pants. All around, I think these are the perfect day use diaper, I usually start my day in a pull-up diaper so it's easier for #2's on the toilet, I only use diapers for pee since I usually don't have the luxury of accessing a bathroom during my work shifts and have to pee a lot when I'm hydrated properly, and have intestine issues that make me constantly have to drink water so my kidneys don't try to shut down on me. I've been so severely dehydrated over my 28 years doing hard work in the hot sun if I get a little dehydrated my kidneys and colon try to shutdown on me resulting in crippling abdominal and back pain. These are the perfect solution. Quiet, cheap, and they do their job well so I can get my job done ๐

Too Small
Product seems to be quality, but I had to return them because they were too small. According to chart, I ordered correct size, but in reality needed to size up. Only criticism is they should correct sizing chart.

Day use diaper briefs
It's day use diaper with tabs. Not bad. Good for 1-2 hours. What I'm looking for is overnight 12-hour diaper, not pull-up, for a bed ridden female. These water drops on the packages don't mean anything these days especially across brands. The search continues.

Best brief for the money
These are my go to briefs. Because of my spinal cord injury, it is necessary that I have some kind of adult brief to manage my bladder. They are comfortable, true to size and very absorbent.

HORRIBLE! Do NOT buy!
These are the worst diapers ever! My teen daughter has spina bifida, needs a catheter overnight, we have been through a lot of diapers, but these have to be the worst. They are so thin that when held up to light, you can see through the cheap, tiny wads of thin bunches of cotton that is supposed to be coverage? I double diapered her and she still woke up soaking wet, I had to strip the bed and wash her as well. The tabs are thin and cheap as well, just trying to adjust them to her, they will completely rip OFF! I now have to TRIPLE diaper her with these cheaply made diapers until I run out of them. I cannot afford to simply throw them away, but I totally would LOVE to pitch them completely! Each morning, I wake up wondering if they will be sagging and falling off of her .. or if I will have a mess to clean... or both! Poor baby, and poor Mama! I hate having to worry about her coverage every night with these things!

They made them even better! (better tapes/better fabric)
I buy these from time to time when the Walgreens brand starts acting up. Inevitably a change is always made in these "budget" incontinence products and usually it always winds up being awful. Not this time though. McKesson made the outside less papery and more soft and upgraded the tapes as well. It genuinely feels much closer to the nice, cloth-like fabric that you'd find on some more premium products. The tapes feel sturdy and remind me of those found on something like Huggies. The break point on me for tapes though is typically where the tape is attached to the diaper itself and not a problem with it actually sticking. Still, the last run of these that I had had some tapes that were very stiff and had some sharp corners. Those are gone now and some nice, relatively soft ones are in their place. Unlike the walgreens brand they don't seem to have made them narrower either and they look well reinforced. If they act up on me in the coming weeks I'll amend this, but so far I'm LOVING the upgrades I also only wear these with boosters so I can't comment on the absorbancy but I don't find myself leaking often in these or running into massive capacity issues too early on. I can say with confidence that the leg gatherers seem to work much better than the Walgreens brand I was using. They seem to have nicer elastic. They ride a little lower in the back as well so they're more discreet. Might not be ideal for bed-time coverage but I've not had too much of an issue there. I don't have that many leaks in these and now they're even softer and quieter. Overall I'm impressed. I really wasn't expecting an upgrade to these. I'd sadly gotten used to the papery, cheap "cloth-like"-"fabric" that every company uses in this price range. Very, very happy. I'll be buying these a lot more often! I don't know who's steering this product forward, but whoever it is, cheers to you! UPDATE: To update, I have had some issues with the tapes stretching a little too much over-time and needing to be readjusted. This has lead to some leaks which I feel shouldn't have happened. If there was a way to minimize this or keep this from happening so that they would stay snug then these would be ideal. Especially the bottom tapes which have a habit of loosening up on me which leads to the leakguards failing. It's not a dealbreaker by a longshot, but It's a bit annoying and means they're not *quite* as attractive for night time use as I'd initially hoped.

Not good for long duration
These start off fine and do a good job. But if you keep them on more than 5 or 6 hours without going to the bathroom, the absorbing material inside starts to move around and leave uninsulated areas. At that point they're going to leak once the person does go to the bathroom.
