Have really seen a difference in sleep
Has really helped my sleep. The bottle has 2 capsules at night but I take 1 before bedtime and I can really feel a difference. There is no smell or taste which I appreciate. I did do some reading and these seemed to have the best quality.

Ashwsgandha. RELAX. Reallly works for sleep after 10 days on ME.it stops working. I try something else. Now the other thing I try is passionflower. I use it for 10days or so then back to RELAX.
