I love this book . I'm 67, and a long time fan of Vince Gironda. I have a good collection of his training courses , and of course still train according to his precepts. This book is the most complete collection I have found of how to train the Vince Gironda way. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn from the the "Master", and start developing their body the " Old School " way . You won't regret it.

I have a small collection of items from the "Golden era" and was looking at buying some of Vince's programs which are available on ebay at 15 to 30 dollars each (or higher). turns out this books contains many if those same programs (and much more), so it is WELL worth the cost.I found some excersise and diet tips which I never heard of before and will try. I have been working out for 20 years, so it's hard to believe I have been able to find and try something I haven't heard of from the golden era.book is great. if you are collector then you need to buy this. if you are a natural bodybuilder- new or veteran- I truly believe you will find this book beneficial.highly reccomend!

Very interesting and logical book which aids true natural body builders reach their goal. Very valuable content, from the function of each organ, digestion, and workouts performed by Vince Gironda. The only reason I would rate this 4 stars is because they clearly didn’t proof read this. Probably 25 spelling errors/ grammatical mistakes in the first 100 pages.

This book has more information about Vince Gironda's diet and exercise then I expected. This book has all the workouts, diets, and supplements put together to make it easy to succeed as a natural body builder. In the few months that I have been following the instructions, I have seen incredible gains. Vince really knew what he was doing when it comes to body building. Great book and summary of Vince Gironda's techniques, both training and dietary advice. I like the Vince Secret Locker books and own both volumes (more historical in nature), but I like this one better because it is like being trained by Vince as your personal trainer. I hope you also do a sequel to this one.

This is by far the worst book about bodybuilding ever written! It claims that it brings back some long forgotten secrets of bodybuilding but in reality it’s just plain BS! Even if this book was completely free I would still never recommend it to anyone! After reading it you will probably be more confused about training than if you have never read anything about bodybuilding in your life!

Very informative and thorough book Will get a lot use out of it.

Purchased the book a few days ago and am truly shocked with the poor grammar,spellings and punctuation absolutely atrocious the book was expensive so wasn't expecting this...maybe a proof reader would have been a good idea,it is that bad in parts I have had to guess/improvise and hope I am following the original concept,I never do reviews but felt the need in this case....on the flip side I bought for vinces training techniques and they are all here so all good here..the spelling and grammar just cheapen the book real shame!

Gironda collection from mr Conant. Good recommend

THE most comprehensive book on Vince's methods since `The wild physique` .Too many out there try to put their own slant on Vince`s methods and in doing so lose sight of Vince`s intent , Daryl stays true to the original blueprint.Well done Daryl .

ExceptionalThis book has all the principles taught by vince.Every course of vince is well explained and photographed.Both of vinces master and pro courses have been added which makes it very easy to see and train.Most of courses like 6 week bulk etc has been too added.This has it all.For a person who wants to follow vince's method which are probably the best i have found,This book is a goldmine for them.Daryl has given the tips and instruction for every thing.The principles,supplements are given.Even old school supp have been updated by ron kosloff.I am happy with the buy,I think it is amazon print.Hope the paper quality improves with time.Again thank you daryl and vince.
