This Plano Sportsman’s Trunk has been extremely helpful for storage in the bed of my truck. It is a great size and holds a surprising amount of gear without feeling flimsy or cheap. The plastic is thick and sturdy and it feels like it can actually handle being tossed around and used outdoors 💪. The lid closes securely and it keeps everything contained and organized instead of having random stuff sliding around back there. It has been especially useful for keeping tools, supplies, and extra gear in one spot without cluttering up my truck. If you need a durable storage box for truck bed use, garage storage, or even moving gear around, I would absolutely recommend this one. Super practical and worth it 🖤🔒👍

I got a couple of these for my camper van. One hold shoes & boots and the other one holds tools and spare parts. Although they're not fully waterproof, they do pretty well. To be safe, I used some weatherstripping to seal them up and now they are quite waterproof, though certainly not submersible. The lighter one of the two lives on my roof rack and has held up well to the elements and UV. That one has faded a bit in the Colorado sun, but doesn't seem to be suffering structurally at all. The other one is too heavy to lift up to my roof rack, so it lives in the van, but gets moved outside once I've found my campsite to make room. They are lockable, but would require two locks to secure, as you can lock one side and still open it from the other side, which is probably the only negative I can see. They do stack and "nest" very well. I did see these in a special edition once that already had weather sealing, but they sold out quickly and it's super easy to do it yourself for way less money. As I recall, I used 1/2" foam weatherstripping with the self-adhesive strip on one side, like you'd use to seal up a door. There's a perfect area inside the lid to apply the foam weather seal. I didn't choose black because I thought it would get really hot when exposed to direct sun. They are easily strong enough to sit on, but I don't think I'd chance standing on them.

Great Plano storage trunk. We love Plano for the quality of their products and this storage bin is no exception. I highly recommend this product, especially for the great price we got ($18.00).

Good quality trunk. Fairly large and really good value for $50. The lid comes off completely so it doesn't stay attached when you lift it up. I’ll be using this trunk for car camping and it fits plenty of gear. Biggest concern is the lack of handles. I had to makeshift my own handle in order to actually use the wheels on the trunk to move it around. It’s pretty easy to make your own. Drill holes on the side plastic pieces and tie some rope through a pvc pipe and you got a handle.

10 out of 10 stars. Durable, perfectly sized, great latches. I was worried about stacking them, but the walls are thick enough to support them. Not sure the weight limit, but it's enough for basic storage needs.

heavy duty but very light, hold a lot of toys

These Plano Trunks are excellent: sturdy, yet lightweight; wheeled, yet stackable They aren't waterproof, but they keep splashes and dust at bay and keep out the mice and pack rats that plague us in Eastern Oregon. I've used Plano totes, tool boxes, and tackle boxes for decades and highly recommend the company's products. I'd like, however to give Amazon ZERO stars because they flubbed this transaction sending the wrong color twice and making returns so difficult that I kept the lot rather than scanning QR codes and driving 90 miles round trip to a return center. This pleases Amazon, I'm sure, because it is so consistent with their customer service strategy and their incomparably intelligent bots which understand every variable and nuance of their customers' needs.
