Life with dairy allergies is bad; dairy digestive enzymes make it good again!
I'm happier than a horse in a hay field! I can't consume dairy products made from cow's milk unless I take one of these; I have some kind of allergy to a protein in cow's milk, but these practically solve any problem I have with dairy! I can freely eat my fave cheese, ice cream, cereal, etc without a care in the world, thanks to NOW Diary Digest supplements. Today, I ate enough cake to feed a family of four, and a couple of these pills solved all my issues with the cream-cheese icing and complimentary ice cream scoop. And now with this 180 pill bottle of digestive enzymes, I feel I can safely eat anywhere I'm invited, no matter the restaurant or dinner party! Malted milkshakes and cheeseburgers never tasted so good, knowing I have no tummyache to fear with these on hand.

Say "toodles" to toxic toots
Whey protein gives me the silent but deadlies in a bad way. And given that I almost always consume my double dose of whey protein in the evening, my wife has to endure my ferocious flatulence all night long, creating a toxic toot tent under the covers. A gastric gas chamber, if you will. Anyways, this stuff eliminated that problem entirely. Good stuff.

Got this to help with Milk Stouts, but noticed no improvement over other brands.
If you're looking for another lactose enzyme because regular ones are working for digesting Milk Stouts, I'm sorry. I'm lactose intolerant and I normally use Lactaid or some generic equivalent that I can never remember the name of. I'm fine with cheese and most creams in small to moderate amounts but if I drink milk or beverages containing milk I experience symptoms. Lately, I have discovered the wonderful world of Milk Stouts. They are delicious. The only problem is they wreak havoc on my digestive system, and I always assumed this was due to my lactose intolerance. I've tried several different lactose enzyme brands and they all seem to do the same thing for me. I really haven't noticed a difference using this one VS using Lactaid or another generic version. I'm going to start having to do some research to get to the bottom of what actually is in Milk Stouts that gives me problems. I've seen people reporting the same experiences on the interwebs, but I'm starting to think it's not related to the lactose content. As far as a digestive aid for lactose, this works just fine but it's nothing special. I still perfer other brands just because they come in more convenient packaging.

No more diarrhea
This dairy digest pill works. Before trying this pill I couldn't tolerate butter, cheese, milk, half &half, powdered milk base coffee creamer, and SOUR CREAM. But the worst was eating Ranch Dressing. Any of these food items would give me severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. It got so bad that I couldn't even order a baked potato at a restaurant or would have to eat at home. I chose to try this NOW brand due to the price. I took one pill right before I ate. I ate salad with ranch dressing and a baked potato with cheese butter and sour cream. I must say I got a very light swirl in my stomach like if it was going to start hurting and it didn't. No stomach cramps, no diarrhea. I was able to eat all my dinner without having to rush out as before. This is a life saver. I think that having my gallbladder removed years ago and age is a factor to not being able to tolerate dairy. Dont think twice. Enjoy your meals with no pain!

Better Than Lactaid - Great for Lactose Intolerance and Mayonnaise (salad dressings) based products
Several years ago,I discovered I had lactose issues after eating ice cream and drinking milk. I started using lactaid, which helped, but it was pricey and I usually had to take more than the recommended dosage. A few years later, I started having similar problems with with mayonnaise, salad dressings, white sauces etc. Due to the price of lactaid, I tried generic brands. These worked, I read several positive reviews from several sites about Dairy Digest. Not only did the price catch my attention, some stated that this product was better than Lactaid. I started taking the Dairy Digest Complete (1-3 caplets) before I ate dairy products and foods with mayonnaise (i.e. - Ranch Dressing, Creamy Italian Dressing, Thousand Island Dressing, White Gravies, Chicken Salad, sandwiches with "special" ingredients etc.) and.... EUREKA, I have not had problems with diarrhea or bloating. I also noticed that "buttered" popcorn at the theatre cause the same problem, This product helped with that as well. I don't write reviews very often, but when I started having products with certain salad dressings, I discovered that many people had the same problem. Some were suffering from this problem with years and their GI Doctors could not diagnose the problem. Furthermore, since this product is for dairy products, some have concluded that this product would not work with foods that contain mayonnaise.Others believe that it is a soy or MSG problem. Others believe it is IBS. This may be true, BUT if you know that you have a lactose problem AND start discovering similar symptom with other foods, like salad dressing, sour cream, coleslaw, some buttered products etc., I would suggest trying the Dairy Digest Complete (1-3 caplets), . I do not eat these products on a daily basis, but they sure do come in handy when I have a taste for ice cream or when I am out and have limited options. I hope this review helps. especially for those who have been suffering from this problem and have not found relief. This may be the answer to your problems. This product has saved me time, embarrassment, and hours of discomfort. Now, I keep a few caplet in my purse at all times and don't have to worry about what I can or cannot eat. A final note...if you have seen a doctor for this problem and discover that this helped, please let them know. There's a lot of information floating around about lactose intolerance, soy problems, MSG, IBS, and other digestive issues. This may help others who have gone to great lengths to resolve their their problem.

If you've got lactose intolerance, these are essential when you've got milk
When I was in my mid-twenties, I started noticing that having milk, cheese, and ice cream lead to an urgent need to, uh.. visit the bathroom/lavatory/loo? So, I encountered the most well known product, that worked well, but was quite expensive over time. So, I looked for alternatives, and this digestive supplement solved my budget & digestive woes.
