Great Cards
I'm teaching my daughter french and these cards are exactly what I was looking for. I didn't find a lot of options out there but I'm pleased with the purchase. The illustrations are good too.

Way too easy. There were too may words that are identical ...
Way too easy. There were too may words that are identical in French and English - why? It's silly. I got these for my elderly mom who has Alzheimer's, but used to know French well, but her mind is deceiving her now. She zipped through them. I know they're beginner cards, but to put so many words that are the same (or nearly) in both languages seems like a waste of card space. Granted, one would still need to learn them...

They are nice and good starter vocab cards for new learners, however, mine came printed where if you are showing the picture to someone, the printed word is upside down on the back. Not the end of the world but annoying. C'est la vie...

Lovely little first French book, well laid out and easy to follow.

Great for Playgroup and for home
Everything is written in the title and description product: First French Cards 'ideal tool to give young children an early introduction to French in an engaging and interactive way'. So of course you don't have all the colours, all the shapes, all the words related to the kitchen or the park etc. but it is a very good tool for my French Immersion Playgroup and a very nice tool for the parents to bring back home and keep on practising in between classes with the kids!

Love these ! buy them I’m happy the card is actually thick not paper thin . I punched holes in each one and put a binder ring on it . My son is 7 goes to French school but speaks English at home so he’s struggling with language he’s just learning to read late boomer and these are helpful . I don’t find the images confusing at all . After I put the ring I understand why the image is upside down because you flip the card . It was just what I was looking for ,it came new and clean condition. Wish their was more series I would buy them all!
