Danskin Weighted Toning Ball

It's a good quality medicine ball. However, it's specifically designed for smaller hands. It's dense, with a small diameter (wish this dimension was on the website). Product description fails to mention this fact, but the included manual makes it very clear that this ball is for women.Also, no surface texturing. It's likely to slip from sweaty hands.

Someone's review said best medicine ball... yea it's a toning ball not a medicine ball and how do I know because I did not read the description, BUT it is a great accessory - easy to pick up when you just standing there chatting too.. I would recommend it hands down and then I would also recommend a real medicine ball that is big enough for dual sit-ups at least.

The description here is not very good since it does not indicate details. I rather expected color to change with weight since this is how exercise equipment usually goes. 10lbs is yellow-y and fine for me (as long as it is not pink --- that is my least desirable color.) Circumference is approx 23" which is still ok for me (expected heavier might be larger than, say, a 2lb ball, anyway.) Feel is soft rather than hard like the usual medicine ball. Depends what you are looking for. Not sure of durability over time but I am very happy with this since it is rather what I was expecting.

This is a great little ball. It's perfect for doing woodchoppers hard and fast. It is very easy to grip because of its relatively small size and the fact that it has some give; which means I don't have to worry about it slipping out of my hands.

This was my first workout ball and I am very impressed! It isn't super soft or anything and it holds it's shape really well. Isn't super slick either so on those tougher workouts I don't feel like I'm going to drop it. Highly recommended!
