Gochujang Hot Pepper Paste Korean Chili Paste Gluten Free 250g Chilli & Hot Pepper Sauce

Not entirely sure what other customers were expecting when they ordered this and then give it a poor review. It has a delicious smoky yet spicy taste. Not too hot. It is versatile and can be used in Korean curries, as a marinade, in soup and even as a flavouring in sourdough bread or focaccia. Excellent in my view.

It has nice deep flavour with a kick. Great in bone broth

This Korean chilli paste is my go-to when I want to spice things up in the kitchen. The taste is fantastic as described, but it may be a little too hot for those who prefer a mild heat. I used it to make fish cakes, and I had the whole household begging for more.

I love being able to have a gluten free gochujang! Really nice flavour.

This paste is very hot and spicy and there's absolutely magnificent in a variety of dishes

Liked the idea of a smaller tub, but unfortunately it only has 6 weeks shelf life before it is out of date. When checking the use by date someone had put a large sticker over it.

Extraordinaire. J'adore cuisiner avec. Attention à ne pas trop doser car c'est très pimenté. Se conserve très bien et assez longtemps au frigo après ouverture. J'adore.
