How do you wire 2 of these to a 1 0hm amp ?

you dont each has a 4ohm coil, 2 in parallel would be 2ohm load 4 in parallel would be 1ohm load but the amp needs to be rated to run 4-2-1 ohm speaker loads

Do they hit harder than skar 10” shallow mounts ?

I've not heard the Skar 10's but my brother has 2 of the SKAR 12's shallow and a ported box. These don't hit like those do. But I was very impressed with the pioneer 10's purchased. These are my second pair or shallow mount 10's. They have a clean sound and hit just right for me. Its not for competition or anything but I enjoy it with all types of music from rock, rap, and country. A ported to the rear of cab box is what I would recommend if you can find one or have one made. I really don't think you would be disappointed at all. Unless your lookin to blow your doors off your truck. These are perfect all around.
