Wish vitalyte was cheaper or Gatorade made a dye free powder. I use vitalyte for long distance cycling and in the summer when doing yard work or construction. The lemon flavors are my favorite. The orange is ok. The grape and watermelon are ok so far. Looking to try fruit punch next.

I am not a fan of sports drinks. I’ve tried many, and they are always too sweet, barely contain any electrolytes, and/or contain artificial colours, flavours, and sweeteners. However, Vitalyte is a game changer! Even after a long, hot run, it is refreshing and not too sweet. This is the only sports drink that is actually refreshing, and it really makes a difference in how your muscles feel. For example - I pulled my Achilles a few days ago, and was having problems with it twitching and cramping. After a glass of Vitalyte, the twitching has finally stopped! I got the orange flavour, and it is wonderful. It mixes very easily into room temperature water, using just a spoon, so there’s no need to use a blender bottle or anything. Also, the price is wonderful. $23 for 40 servings is hard to beat! I could not recommend Vitalyte more highly!

This is a great product. But the last 3 orders have all had cuts in the package, not on the common bag on 2 packs. The manufacturer bag. I will not order from this seller again, ever and would advise the same to everyone. (3 orders, 6 bags)

The ingredients are sound, however, the taste of the beverage is very watered down.

I've been using this stuff since it was called Gookinaid, and I've never found anything better. For hard workouts, sports, or long distance backpack trips this stuff hydrates better than anything else out there. Leave it to a chemical engineer to invent the perfect hydration solution. The powder definitely smells better than it tastes, but it still tastes fine. Not as sweet as other products on the market, but that's because this has less sugar. Nothing wrong with that. You're looking for hydration here, not empty calories. If you cramp up during or after exercise then you're dehydrated and need fluid. This stuff will absorb into your muscles quicker than those other sports drinks and you'll be amazed how quickly the cramping stops. Or if you're smarter than me you'll drink this stuff before and during exercise to avoid cramping entirely!

***UPDATE**** While this specific bag did not work for my, the seller immediately reached out and refunded my order and apologized. That alone is enough to make me try this product again. Fingers crossed the next one is better! The taste of this isn't bad, but that's about the only good thing about it. I gave this about two weeks of tryinf before rhis review. It arrive in a pretty solid lump. It was not in the heat, not wet, not in cold but if was so clumpy that I had to break apart the top just to get it in the scoop The seal absolutely won't close at all so I am using a clip to keep it shut. I don't know if this is because of the clumps, but it doesn't dissolve at all. 5 minutes of stirring and it still floated back to the top in little clumps. Tried shaking and there was no change. I really have no interest in trying a blender because that is way over the top to get a glass of water. I won't be purchasing again as this was a waste of money for me. Especially since I haven't used it at all since
