great replacement product
This new replacement cuff is so easy to use!! Old cuff was very difficult to get on right. This one just snaps in place and fits perfectly.

Easy to put on, comfortable and accurate
This model cuff is so much easier to get on your arm than the ones with the metal bar. Perfect for seniors or others with hand or arm mobility issues. Couldn’t find it in store - even specialty pharmacies - but found it on Amazon.

Mediocre Velcro
I purchased this to replace my original Omron cuff when the Velcro went. As other reviewers have noted, the Velcro quality on this cuff is not great. The first time I used it, it started to unhook as the cuff inflated. Luckily the Velcro still works well enough that the cuff stays on and it’s easy enough to press the edge of it down with your other hand. But, I suspect the Velcro will not last very long. Also, this cuff did not come with the correct air connector for my machine, so I had to purchase one separately

Love it, much easier to use
Fits great, easy to take on and off. Better than ones you need to pull around ......This size fits my arm, try soon as you get in case you need to return because to small for bigger arms... But I love it for me

Works with Omron BP791IT Blood Pressure Machine
The original Omron BP791IT on cuff failed after 10+ years of use. Since the Blood Pressure machine was working fine, I decided to purchase this cuff to replace it. I had to remove the adapter of this replacement cuff with the adapter on my old cuff so that I can connect it with my Omron BP791IT. The cuff seems to be working as good if not better with my old Omron Blood Pressure machine.

Great Blood Pressure Cuff!
I bought this cuff to replace one just like it. I have had the old one for at least five years and the Velcro has finally almost worn out. This new cuff fits exactly the same, works great, Velcro is strong, and the connection between the plug on the blood pressure cuff cord and my machine fits perfectly. I highly recommend.
