Tasty!
For diabetics or others who want low carbs and sugar, these are excellent. You may need to experiment to get the consistency that’s perfect for you but the flavour is very good. Obviously not as good as ‘real’ cookies but a very acceptable alternative. I just wish they weren’t so ferociously expensive!

Very easy to make, far more expensive than shop cookies, but far less carbs than shop bought cookies
Having been living on a low carb diet for the last 17 months, I really miss being able to have a biscuit, or slice of cake, but having lost over 8 and half stone I have no intention of breaking my new healthy lifestyle, then I baked my Mum and Dad a fruit cake, and it got me thinking "Maybe I could bake something low carb and sugar free that I could actually eat myself". A quick bit of internet research turned up plenty of low carb/sugar recipes and premixes, so I ordered a load, the Groovy Keto Sugar Free Cookie Mix was the first I've tried (because it looked was so quick and easy on the instructions), half an hour after getting the Amazon delivery I had 14 squashed balls of dough baking in my oven, 17 minutes later (12 then 5 more after turning them over) I had 14 delicious cookies that are very low carb and sugar free. Now the only complaint I have is the overall cost, if you factor in egg, butter and electricity you're looking at approximately 90p a cookie, which is very expensive when compared to shop bought cookies, BUT as I can't eat shop bought cookies and I CAN eat these (if only 1 a day), it's a price I'm more than willing to pay :)

Okay but Too Expensive
As a diabetic, I am always on the lookout for some baked goods that do not send my sugar levels sky high. This cookie mix is low-carb, has zero sugar and is keto friendly so it ticks a lot of boxes. The cookies were really simple to make and the only hint that I would offer is to make sure that your hands are seriously wet as opposed to just a little bit damp when shaping the cookies as that does make it so much easier. They cook quickly and evenly and, although they seem a little soft when you first take them out of the oven, they harden up (but not too much) into a decent texture cookie. The taste is a bit nondescript and they could do with having something else added, but I am not too sure if that would affect the overall end result. One thing I did think was that they are very expensive at over £8.50 for 14 cookies. It always seems a shame that healthier foods are often much more expensive but that does seem to be the case wherever you shop. Whilst they do offer a healthier alternative to sugar laden traditional biscuits, especially if you are diabetic, for me, I would say they are too expensive to have on a regular basis.
