Big upgrade over my i5 9th gen. It’s been great for gaming since buying this. The only caveat would be to try and find a different fan than what you get with this. The default cooler you get is ridiculously loud. I’d suggest investing into something else with a heatsink.

It has been around 3 years since i bought this cpu, it's insanely great for the price, power usage is low for the performance it gives, not to mention the low TDP, a totally great cpu for a budget build!
