The perfect slicing knife for sourdough bread, brisket, or ever your thumb - as I experienced once! This is scalloped, not serrated, so cuts are super clean and effortless. When I sliced into my thumb and nail, it didn't even hurt because it was such a clean cut. I give this 1.5 thumbs up! Note: no actual thumbs were lost, just sliced a good bit.

I bought this knife specifically to slice bbq brisket and it doesn't disappoint. Razor sharp and slides through beef like butter. Very satisfied.

Although this knife is advertised for carving meat, it works very well for cutting bread. Already had one of these by the same company, handed down to me by my mother. Purcahsed this one for my girlfriend, but it was TOO sharp for her, so we traded. I keep all my knives sharp, and this one arrived perfectly honed.

Sharp, long, easy to grip. Perfect for BBQ like Brisket and Ribs, and can be useful for large loaves of bread. It's a foot long so it's hard to store but that's not really the *product's* fault in so far as you're buying something that size and should expect it to be exactly that long.
