What size is the 2-pin connector? i specifically need it to be a micro jst 1.25mm.

The 2-pin connector is JST-XH, which has a 2.5mm pitch, and is 5.7mm wide (7.3mm at the wings) and 4.1mm tall (5.7mm including the clip). Sometimes these adapters market the connector as "CB-32D" but I don't think that means anything, I suspect they're all just copying and pasting that from each others' product descriptions.
