Overall this is exactly what I was looking for, a supplement with a high dose in everything that's needed for a man, however not too high to the point where it would be dangerous.One thing I notice is almost immediately after it turned my pee neon yellow, because of the insane amount of riboflavin in it which is just passing straight through me LOL.only caveat I have is that it tastes and smells horrible, it makes my whole pill container smell like rotting eggs. If you want this you have to deal with the smell and taste, as a taste lingers in your mouth a little bit even if you've rinsed it with water.I give this four out of five stars, four of those being for the amount of supplements and vitamins and dosage, and the only reason I didn't give it five stars is because of the taste and smell.

This I a a great multi vitamin. Has niacin, so best to split up the pills and not take both at once. If you get a red rashly, itchy feeling, it’s the Niacin and you will be ok. It goes away in 20 minutes. Take one at a time in the AM and then mid day or before your workout. This will also make your urine yellow.. not a big deal, it’s doing its job. This isn’t magic, it’s a multi vitamin, one piece of the puzzle. Eat right, excercise and be healthy
