Wonderful! Tasty, good texture - basically a lot like ramen but without the calories or carbs!
I loved these! They are very reminiscent of Ramen noodles, without the calories or carbs. Texture was fine - just a bit chewier than ramen, but not much. I tasted them "plain" out of the package (rinsed first), and was surprised to find they are great! I was hesitant, and I rarely like "diet" foods, but these are amazing! I've only tied the "noodle" shaped ones so far, but.... no fishy smell at all (I've read comments on that for other brands), the texture is nice - not as chewy as I feared. I used them first in a lower calorie, low carb macaroni and cheese (substituted pureed butternut squash cooked in skim milk and chicken broth with garlic) for most of the cheese, and it was delicious! The noodle shape was a bit strange for Mac & Cheese. I with they would produce these with more variety of shapes, like regular pasta, but the taste was great. Yes, they are bland, but most pasta is. Pasta seems to be more about the sauces, and these absorb the flavor of whatever you put them in. I'll update this review when I have tried other shapes, but first run was very successful, and I'm already re-ordering, as I know I'm going to be using these in quite a few recipes.

Great Konjac Pasta Brand
Ordered this in the middle of some manic taste testing and reviewing of low/no carb pasta types and brands, and this brand is my favorite so far. The only Konjac pasta brand I have yet to try that Amazon sells is the "skinny noodles". This Skinny Pasta brand has the best taste and texture while still being easy to cook and it's the only brand Ice never ever experienced odor from. I don't really mind the konjac aroma and find it more earthy than fishy (as some people report) but certain brands do have more scent. For instance, Miracle Noodles, which are a bargain and have pretty good texture in their spaghetti style and noodles style, are a bit more odorous and that seems to get stronger as they are stored in the refrigerator as leftovers. I did not find that with the skinny pasta brand. Overall, any konjac noodle will give you a nice fresh to almost flavorless canvas for some yummy pasta sauces and are great in Asian Style dishes to replace noodles with more carbs. I have eaten various kinds every day this week and I like them every way I've tried them. This brand it's definitely worth a try, especially.

Acquired taste to satisfy low/no carb pasta cravings
I’m a newbie to low-carb eating (less than one month) and am a pasta fiend. Looking for a low/no carb alternative, I ordered this variety pack. Today the craving hit me and I really wanted some fettuccine Alfredo. Apparently from reading other reviews of similar products, these can have a “smell” but there was none. Everything was sealed well. I drained water, rinsed, and put in skillet. I also added Classico Alfredo sauce and canned chicken, along with seasonings. Flavor was non existent, which is as it is supposed to be. Texture was a little unnerving (again, I’m used to wheat pasta only), but I hope it will be an acquired taste. I’m not a big mushroom fan, and that’s the closest I can think to compare texture. Good mimic for al dente pasta, but not exact same mouthfeel or chew. Due to texture, I ate more slowly and struggled to get down both servings (1 whole bag). Next time, I think I will only do one serving and maybe cook completely separately from additional ingredients. All in all, it eased my pasta craving with no net carbs and only 20 calories, so that is a big win!

Healthy and delicious
Being keto is difficult when you love carbs, and I’ve always struggled to find good low/no carb pasta substitutes to still enjoy a semblance of my favorite meals. The texture of spaghetti squash and zoodles is too watery and vegetable-y, I’ve never felt they carry sauce that well, and they are so time consuming to prepare. Enter: Skinny Pasta konjac noodles. Not only are these beyond healthy and low carb - they are SO easy to prepare, carry flavor wonderfully, and when done correctly, have a texture that’s very very comparable to normal glass noodles, making them always worth it to prepare and truly able to curb those cravings. Even though they’re already cooked, I like to boil them for 3 minutes to achieve optimum texture - it softens the noodles, making them less gelatinous and more similar to a traditional pasta or noodle. I love that 3 minutes is all it takes, and I can either use them for asian stir fried noodle dishes or serve them with my favorite pesto or other sauce. Just the best - great portions, so convenient, perfect for my diet, and delicious. I wish they made dumpling wrappers and more pasta shapes but I’m grateful for the variation they do have in this variety pack!

BE CAREFUL!!!
Ok, first, Konjac noodles are the absolutely best alternative to regular pasta when you are on a Keto diet or just want fewer carbs. They are full of fiber and when cooked properly, almost indistinguishable from real pasta. However, now comes the bad part, so far 1 out of every 2 packs I have opened have had rotten bad noodles. These noodles come in pouches and are sealed in liquid to keep them from drying out. I have had them before so I knew what to expect. The first pack I opened the noodles felt like a brillo pad so I opened a second pack and they were soft and al dente like pasta should be. Now I am by no means an expert, but the consistency of the two were so far apart that I didn't want to chance eating the brillo pad pasta so I tossed it and ate the good stuff, which was delicious. Bottom line, you need to be careful with items like this and while they are awesome, if there is something wrong with them you may be stuck...

I wish it were made in the USA :(
The taste of these konjac pasta noodles aren't bad. For konjac, they surprisingly have no smell and are easy to use! Compared to other products they also have a longer shelf life and don't have to be stored in the refrigerator (which is probably appealing for a lot of shoppers). They are great for people on low-carb diets and vegans/vegetarians because they are low-carb and do have some nutritional value (mainly fiber). Everything is good for those points! BUT I'm kind of skeptical of them because they are made in China (don't get me wrong their products are getting better and better) AND their recipe for lasagna sucked and basically made me waste 2 packs of lasagna noodles. It came out too watery and required a lot more time to bake than what was recommended... The lasagna noodles are also particularly hard to work with because they will shrivel up when put in the pan. After cleaning them, I recommend laying them out first to preshape. Overall a decent product but I probably won't buy it again.

Good noodles
No odor. Perfect noodle to keep you full. The only thing I’ll say is chew very well. I’m a fast eater so a couple of times I choked a little

It's GOOD KONJAC in different shapes. Lets be realistic.
These are quite good, follow instructions and rinse well before heating/cooking. It still puzzles me that persons will give a bad review for a realistic honestly good product, because they did not educated themselves on that product. Its Konjac, in different shapes/styles it never claimed to be rice grains or any other thing. If you don't need konjac to maintain a low carb diet or curb cravings, then don't buy it then argue its not flour or rice. We need to research what we are putting into our bodies, than eating things with blind and unrealistic expectation. Konjac is a basically a root vegetable that's mainly fibers that the body can not digest so it passes right through you and helps you feel full without the carbs. the Japanese has been eating it for centuries. Also please note that in some rare cases some persons can have difficulty passing konjac, so please research your new foods before you eat them. I love the noodles saute'd with oyster sauce a protein and/or vegetable
