Just poorly designed
Not impressed if you have a phone that doesn't have a mike jack on it, it does not work. It has no bluetooth capability

Confusing setup and noisy audio
It has a lot of features and the lights are a fun touch when you first turn it on. The device works with multiple platforms which is helpful if you switch between console and phone. The controls are confusing and it took me a while to figure out what each knob actually changes. The stock headphones create a lot of static noise, which makes the whole setup feel cheaper than expected. Once it is dialed in you can get usable effects, but the noise gets in the way. Overall it is an okay toy, but the learning curve and static keep it at a middle rating.

AVOID - Scam
EDITED REVIEW: I finally figured it out. After much of my own troubleshooting, ive figured if your device powers on and seems functional but aren't getting input/output, it's the cables. For whatever reason, this company provides 3.5 (1/8) TRRS cables INSTEAD of TRS cables. Try experimenting with TRS or even TS to get it working. Moving from 1 star to 2, because while it works, the instructions and support are awful. Also they are using the wrong cables. ORIGINAL REVIEW: No support email or website to visit. Amazon says to contact seller. Seller doesn't have a support email or website on this listing or in the instructions. User guide reads like scam, "First of all, our products..." and "..the products you get will definitely work", yeah okay lol. Have tried multiple speakers and headsets. The only thing that works is "headset" and that's just to listen to yourself.

Absolutely horrible.
If I could give this product 0 stars I would. This is a device that will entertain children. Do not purchase this if you intend to add this to a prosumer setup. This is essentially a toy. Nothing is consistent. It is near impossible to replicate your setup once you’ve finally figured out, (without pulling out your hair) how to dial in the sounds and effects you want to produce. The voice processing is atrocious. The selection buttons are horrible. The instructions are the absolutely trash. There are use cases for many people, however, spend more money and invest in a better physical product or use an online service or mobile app.
