HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🙂
Love this cereal. Very creamy and delicious. Easy to prepare. It’s a complete protein meaning that it contains all nine essential amino acids. I alternate it with oatmeal and actually like it better. And I love that it’s organic. Also, it’s gluten-free so safe for people with celiac disease. Overall great product.

Who knew buckwheat could be so good?
Doc said to lower gluten intake so I tried this and fell in LOVE. make it with oatmilk and little bit salt and berries and it’s creamy goodness that is super healthy. In fact, my husband says it’s too yummy to be considered healthy even though it is! It’s a great value for money, easy to cook, reheats well if you batch cook enough for week, and is now my go to breakfast. I never thought I’d be a buckwheat hot cereal fan, but the creamy texture makes me feel like I’m eating dessert for breakfast when I mix it with fresh berries. It is filling without being so heavy on my stomach like steel cut oats. A definite favorite!!

good product - gluten free
It is hard for me to find gluten-free hot cereals and this one is great. I love cooked buckwheat. I think I need to cook it longer than the instructions say because it isn't quite "soft" enough all the way through for me. But it is especially nice when gluten-free is medically required, and great for the cold winter months coming up. I like to put frozen berries in before I ever cook it -- berries or any kind of fruit are a tasty addition and add color to the breakfast table.

Miracle food
"The ingestion of whole grains and legumes may cause diminution of postprandial glycemia not only at the meal in which they were consumed but also at subsequent meals." Miracle food, I fed husband barley for lunch and buckwheat for dinner and we saw a great fasting blood glucose the next morning. We tried keto but our doctor hates his blood lipid test results. I don't care..... low triglycerides and high HDL are important to me. I have added beans, lentils and now un-milled grains to our diet. We like the diet much better then strict keto. Foreigners load some wonderful lentil recipes on Utube. Over cooking can ruin the effect. I stick leftovers in a small double boiler, bowl and all to re-heat. I make this with 1 cup water 1/4 heavy cream. Serve it with stevia, chopped nuts, heavy cream and blueberries.....yum!

Cream of buckwheat cereal
A nice bland hot cereal. Flavor it your way?! Something different from oatmeal, and gluten free. I liked the texture reminds me of grits. Cooks quickly in microwave, don't overcook if you like some snap to it
