Great connectors for the non-waterproof LED light strips. The ones I got at first (not these) were clearly for the waterproof kind and did not fit the non-waterproof kind well. These work much better and create a good solid connection.

I tried EVERYTHING when it comes to cutting LED tape and distancing with wire in between. I tried splice kits from Amazon, I tried soldering the splice kits, I tried soldering right to the copper splice spots on the LED tape, I tried stranded wire, I tried solid wire. Had the same result every time; the connections always failed; even had one splice short out once. This kit worked the very first time and it was SO simple. I highly recommend.

The wire worked well, the clips did not work at first. I installed them as the pictures show on the product page, and they wold work occasionally when I wiggled the wire. I tried unclipping and installing a different clip several times and was about to trash them. I then tried flipping the clip on the led strip and they worked fine. Instead of the metal piercing prongs going through the insulation on the back of the led light strip first, when flipped the piercing part goes through the exposed copper on the front of the strip. The only thing I could figure was when going through the insulation first, the insulation was getting pushed up through the light strip and preventing contact with the copper.

Definitely glad I decided to invest in this when installing our light strips in the kitchen. I installed lights on top and underneath the cabinets and this product really help connect the separate light strips from one end to another instead of purchasing more light strips to have to connect them and end up with unnecessary lights running through your cabinets.

4 pin connectors absolutely DO NOT work. I destroyed a Govee light strip trying to get these to work. The pins do not line up correctly for 4 pin connection. STAY AWAY FROM THIS is you have a Govee strip!

Buy it for the wire. Not the connectors. The connectors grip wire just fine, but not so good on the LED strip. Absolutely horrible for LED strip.

This was exactly what I thought it would be; however, the clips are way bigger/bulkier than I expected. I had gotten these off of a recommendation from a YouTube video and it just did not work for the purpose I needed. If your project is perfectly flat on a flat surface, you should be fine. But anything intricate will be difficult.

This came exactly as expected with all the parts we were looking for. It was easy to use, and there are lots of online tutorials that you can research to figure out creative ways to use them. I highly recommend it for anybody trying to extend those cables.

We had issues with the connectors. The wire is perfect, the connector on the wire side is perfect we had big time problem with the led light side connector. When you press and lock it should not move. So you have a solid connection. But these led strip connectors move. Everytime they move the light gose out. I had fold the led strip 3 times to get a solid connection. It worked after that I just don't know how safe is that. I guess we will find out.

Really disappointed , arrived without connector

Be prepared to double up the thickness on the LED strip to get it to work.
