Amazing med, I have a low D problem so it’s a must have for me. I didn’t realize how important the K part works until I listened to Dr Berg on Facebook. I do notice a little less joint pain.Over Christmas I had a friend visiting, he’s a big guy post stomach staple surgery. He was acting like a jerk, very irritable and anxious. I’m a nurse so I started him on these pills and gave him a bottle to take home. When he followed up with his doctor he indeed have a very low vitamin D issue. His doctor gave him a script until his levels are better but want him to continue on these after. He is up to normal.

My doctor recommended this specific brand for my Vitamin D efficiency. She said it’s a quality product and well-tested. A couple of months after starting it my blood was retested and my vitamin D levels are now perfect!

I have been using this product for over a year now. It is by the best quality product on the market in term of vitamin D3 K2. I will continue to use this product as I found great relive from a should pain that used to make my life miserable.

Its a good product. But be careful. Chk your blood vit D level. Mine ckd a week ago was 140. Way too high bordering on dangerous. I have one kidney and low hematocrit. That can cause D3 to be raised by the body not the dosage of this supplement. Pls make sure you insist your Dr orders D3 and CMP. Very important. You most likely have to ASK your Dr to order this (sadly) !!

Dr. Berg’s products are excellent and this is my second refill of the Vitamin D3K2. I usually have issues with winter depression but not this year while taking this supplement! Vitamin D holds so many benefits and I will continue to take it faithfully. The products arrive well packaged and sealed.

Dang! I had no idea how much I needed this until I started taking it! I've listened to a lot of Dr. Bergs podcasts and he very often talks about the importance of D3 and coupling it with K2, which he says is essential to properly absorb the D3. I've found that to be true for me. Since I started taking this supplement, I haven't gotten sick in I don't know how long (at least a couple years) and it makes sense because apparently D3 helps super-boost your immune system. Other things I've noticed are that my sleep is better, I feel less tired and sluggish throughout the day and I feel less inflamed.These are just small capsules and you take 2 of them per day. Super easy to swallow and they don't have a taste. I don't notice any stomach trouble from taking them either.If you're like me and you spend the majority if your day inside (which means less sun and therefore less D3), this stuff will rock your world! 5 stars, worth the price and highly recommended!

I like this combined vitamin very much.First, 10.000 IU vit D3 per capsule (I never take a capsule but drop the powder in water and drink) and then the additional K2 you need as well.I take it now every day and feel the difference already.

my 1st purchase was on January 2025 and I feel significant healthier than before regarding my knee pain and overall ...I used to get this "insufficient level" result of Vit D before I consumed this. Then after 4 months consuming Dr.Berg Vit D3 10000iu +K2 , I had my Vit D level checked again and the result showed "sufficient level" on May 2025. I'm happy that this supplement actually works. For maintenance I consume 5000iu now.
