Excellent product - Love it!!!
This is by far, the best hitch I've ever owned, seems very well built, looks and works great on my lifted Jeep. However I have to say that when I first got it installed, I hated it. As stated in other reviews, it seemed very loose in the receiver and while I did not tow anything with it while loose like this, it seems it would have to make some racket, particularly for heavier trailers. To give it credit though, I measured the outside dimensions against other hitches I had laying around - it is the exact same size. So how did I go from hate to love? I added a couple of things - 1st, a 2 inch Hitch Clamp Heavy Duty from Amazon - a one bolt design, easy to install or remove and now the hitch does not move at all - acts as though it's welded to the truck. Then I bought two of the Trimax T-3BLACK Premium 5/8" Key Receiver Locks and used one to secure it to the Jeep and the 2nd one on the adjustable arm. Another option on the arm movement would be to use at least one 5/8 x 3 1/2 bolt and lock nut however I tow different trailers and wanted a faster option to change the height. I'm a stickler for design, durability and ease of use and thus I do a lot of research before I purchase anything. I really like the design of this unit, particularly the weld points, extra steel plate on top corner and really thick powder coating. So while I did spend some additional cash for the clamp hitch tightener and locks, I'm VERY happy with the unit and I highly recommend the product.

Excellent Price Performer
This was a great find considering how similar hitches can be 2X the price. This hitch is exceptionally well made and the adjustability was exactly what I needed to ensure my trailer was level when connected. I used this hitch on the rear of my 5th wheel RV to tandem tow a 10' cargo/motorcycle trailer. It performed well. I highly recommend this product.

Great hitch.
I got this because I wanted a hitch I could adjust. I just got a utility trailer and found that my SUV sits fairly high and I needed something other than the standard sizes. I just took this about 200 miles. All was good. In fact, after arriving at my destination, I raised this up a notch just to get it more level. It is very easy to adjust. It literally takes more time to unhook the trailer from the ball than to adjust. The other advantage of this type of hitch is the trailer can be raised for certain situations. One such example is when pulling in and out of my driveway, the old hitch rubbed where the bolt is and scratched the driveway. This is the main reason I lifted it one notch. It has enough clearance now but if it still bottomed out I could have raised if another notch or two just to back it in the driveway. Also, at my destination, I had to back the trailer through a bumpy yard. There was some rubbing in the grass so I easily could have raised the hitch several inches just to gain some clearance if it was too bad. Another advantage of this hitch is it extends some to add clearance. I have 10 ft kayaks with an 8 ft trailer. I can allow the kayaks to stick out the front and not hit the car without an extender. I saw some reviews complained of noise and rattling. I didn't notice any but will buy adjusters if needed. I am only using this for my utility trailer sp there won't be any heavy loads. It is illegal in my state to ride with an exposed hitch so I will have the opportunity to inspect this for wear everytime I unhitch the trailer. It is heavy and so far I like it very much.

Solid Hitch
The hitch works great when towing my teardrop with my Crosstrek. It's solidly welded and has a good amount of adjustment. However, the adjustable piece does rattle (not a deal breaker for me, though). The only thing that's bad about it the upright portion of the shank where the adjustment holes are collects water, leading to rust. I wish there was a hole that comes pre-drilled to help with water collection, but I drilled a VERY small hole dead center in the bottom of it which has helped with the excess water.

It did what I needed it to do on my 2022 Sienna.
The Toyota Sienna hitch sits low and so I needed something to raise my trailer more than two inches. This definitely worked and did more than a fantastic job. When you hot the break and low speeds you do notice a rattle, that's because the metal piece that slides up and down does not fit as snug as some would wish it would. What you hear is the sound of your trailer pushing up against this and this stopping your trailer. It does not rattle while driving, its very easy to install and honestly people whining about minor nuances are picky. Someone claimed "It’s crooked and has lots of slack" It is not crooked, the camera on their vehicle is not centered. There is some slack but as another reviewer stated, a piece of rubber solves that issue which I did not try yet. As far as the missing pieces some people claimed, that was not my experience so I cannot speak to that. I would say I would buy again but this thing isnt going anywhere. It easily got me through a 500 mile trip this week. Buy it and enjoy it!
