An original remote. No more, no less.

Faulty remote control
Ordered a new “Sony” remote control. Item was faulty, main navigation button didn’t operate. Had to print out return labels to send to Germany. Posted at post office. Company claim item not arrived because customs declaration wrongly filled in by me. Does anyone need this sort of hassle when buying from Amazon?

Not recommending discounted product from dse.one
Remote wasn’t good because the down arrow would press the right arrow at the same time & the product was advertised as original when it was just a copy. The return was made especially complicated by first not offering return postage and then making it really complicated by asking to attach receipts and customs forms.
