Hard to know if it's working
I'm using this on the advice of a fellow athlete who swears it increases metabolism of proteins into usable muscle recovery. I dunno. I don't think it's hurting me, so I'll just keep taking it. No bad side effects, no taste or aftertaste. You decide.
