Only two wires connected
This will not work for stereo balanced microphones as originally advertised, there are only two wires from each 3-pin XLR which then have the grounds tied together and soldered to pin 1 of the 5-pin XLR. The signal wire from each 3-pin XLR are soldered together onto pin 2 of the 5-pin. Bizarre and useless for most applications. Not sure what they were thinking because the cable and connectors themselves aren't the worst.

Not useable.
The two xlr3 are not wired with 2 conductor plus shield, the wire is single conductor with shielding. The pin 3 is not terminated. The 5 pin xlr is only soldered to two of the pins: 1 for ground, 2 for both of the xlr3 pin 2 conductors. Pins 3,4, and 5 unterminated.

Not wired as advertised
Do not buy, in order to use this splitter you would need to not only resolder the correct pinouts, you also need to replace the cable that has the right amount of individual wires in it. Not worth the hassle, waste of money

will not work with stereo mic
I was hoping to use this cable for a stereo condenser mic that I have. This cable will not work as wired for that purpose. Pin 1 on the five pin connector is wired to pin 1 on both three pin connectors. pin 2 on the five pin connector is wired to pin 2 on both three pin connectors. Maybe this would work as a dmx split cable but not for a stereo mic. The cables to each three pin connector is only two conductor. Pin three is lifted.

Worthless junk
This cable only has 3 wires and does not have the advertised the pinout. It definitely won’t work for audio and I can’t imagine it will work for DMX since it splits the + - to the different XLR’s

Not wired according to description.
I'll give this plug 2 stars because the XLR connections are decent, but the wiring diagram is NOT correct in the description. Pins 2 & 3 are bridged together won't even pass a single balanced or DMX signal. The schematic is correct, but the build quality is garbage.

Product does not match description
Not wired correctly at all. Each XLR3 only has 2 pins going to it. One of the balanced audio pins isn't connected to anything making it impossible to get reasonable quality audio out of the cable.

Cable is unbalanced! Do not use.
They are using only a single strand and a ground. Worthless and unusable.
