Not as heavy as you would think
I haven’t seen a whole lot about the actual weight of this tripod, so I figured I would share. I’ll start by saying, this is referencing the aluminum infinite with the death grip. You can use this tripod with the grip or hooked straight to an arca rail. At ~250 that was paid for this, it’s the best deal you’ll find on an infinite with the grip as well. Total weight of this tripod with the grip included was 8lb 4.5 Oz measured on my kitchen scale. Sure, it’s a tad heavy. But where this tripod really shines is when you take the death grip off and just use the straight arca hookup. The grip alone weighed in at 1 lb 14.3 oz. That leaves the tripod WITHOUT the grip head just under 6.5 pounds, which is very reasonable. Overall this tripod is very nice and versatile, and I would definitely recommend it for someone who wants a solid tripod at a reasonable price. Think twice before you spend the extra $ on the carbon, especially if you plan on going straight arca to it.

BOG Deathgrip Infinite Aluminum
Exactly what I was wanting. It's authentic BOG Deathgrip Infinite Aluminum and it was a good bit cheaper at Amazon than it is Elsewhere, Easy to Use and Setup. The Weight is Perfect, Stability is Great and Very Versatile.

BETTER than advertised
despite what the sellers post states, the box included the tripod, the carrying bag, and the plate and screws. so. it actually is a BETTER deal than seller advertises

Love this helps me make better shots.
This is great!! I had a Bog death grip but it didn't have the 360 head so I ordered the Infinite and you can lock it down with minimal movement where the other had alot more movement. It was still good but not as good as the Infinite.

It does come with a bag
After seeing many youtube videos with people using a tripod of some sort, I started thinking about getting one. I had an idea of what i wanted, it needed to work for range days, and if i could also use it for a camera then even better. So I opted to spend a little more and get one with the arca swiss turret. Just spending a few minutes with my heavy rifle on there, i can confirm I'm glad i went with the infinite tripod that comes with the swivel. Holds solid, i can swivel around, set tension etc. And the ball swivel is smooth! Fantastic! All sorts of different QD mounts for different pieces of gear at all price ranges available. Definitely worth the money for the upgrade vs the standard BOG Deathgrip. So far it seems to hold on tight using the standard deathgrip clamp, but i haven't taken it out to see how it handles recoil. But they also have direct arca swiss mounts that adapt mlok rails if you wish to go that route. My gear is a little older, so i have a 1913 w/QD to arca swiss adapter to try out if the deathgrip isn't working for me. I also saw some other adapters in there, but I haven't had much of a chance to look them over yet. I did see what appears to be a mount for a camera. That will be the second use for this thing, a camera pod. The biggest question I had looking at this; Do i need to order the bag seperate? Answer: no the carry/storage bag comes with it. The bag even has a little zippered pouch to store the extra mount it comes with. It had just enough room to fit the 1913 adapter i also picked up. I found finding the answer to the question "does it come with the storage/carry bag" a little hard to find looking at the description on the ad. Even the manufacturers website makes no note about it being included. Anyways I hope this prevents someone from ordering a bag they don't need. And the upgrade to the infinite is well worth it, just for the ball turret alone IMO.

Heafty but holds true
Well made, durable, and useful for steady shots, and is part of my regular pack out. Good for stand work, ground shooting and steady long shoots. Weight is a consideration and rucking is not for the faint, yet makes for an essential requirement for a steady smooth shot and ethical takedown.

Praxistauglichkeit
Ich verwende das Produkt jagdlich. Die Qualität und Haptik ist fantastisch. Ebenso seine Robustheit. Bedienung bzw.

Good tripod but in used condition
Very happy with the functionality but not amused receiving a trpod that has been used and damaged. I suspect this is Amazon to blame. Pretty frustrating paying 450€ for a used tripod. It had deep scrathes on the rifle clamp and scratches on one of the legs.
