My teenagers desk is a little higher than most to fit over a radiator. The standard desk chair just wasn't tall enough. This chair worked perfectly and it's height range is really impressive. It is super comfy and well built. Incredible value for money!

I bought this style of chair/stool because I have a high desk and was getting lower back pain issues with the kitchen bar stool I was previously using due to poor posture and padding.Over the years I've spent varying amounts on office chairs, typically between £100 and £400For me, the most important aspect of a chair that will be sat on for AT LEAST 8 hours a day is the quality of the foam seat. I don't want lots of controls I just want a seat that doesn't flatten after 5-years.Knowing at this price point the foam would probably be lacking I have ordered a seat topper (at around £20) because even then this combo represents great value. I'm 6ft 3" @ 93KG, with a boney bum and after about an hour of sitting found my bum cheeks/tail bone aching.The assembly instructions are really simple and the chair is quick to put together. Once assembled it feels sturdy and doesn't creak.The only other gripe was that due to the lack of seat padding (or firmer, better quality foam) certain clothing material types felt like you were slipping forward on the chair but a quick posture change (for the better) solved this and I suspect the topper will further improve this.So I would buy this with the expectation of potentially having to spend a little more on a topper (even if you don't have a boney bum I suspect the foam will pancake out in < 12 months).Even will all that said it's great value for money and an easy recommendation at this price point

The chair itself is great, comfortable sturdy and looks good. Let down by the coastersHad to spend another £15 to replace the ones supplied so it will operate with ease on my tiled floor.

The chair was quick to arrive and my review is after assembly and use on day one.It rises smoothly to a good height using the well placed lever, and is stable at full height. At its lowest height a shorter person may need to use the foot rest.The adjustable foot rest is strong and remains firmly in place when your feet are placed on it.The lower back support adjusts automatically when you lean against it and is well positioned and comfortable.The mesh chair back doesn't tilt backwards and is fairly upright and supportive. Though it is slightly flexible.The seat is a good size, and the cushioning is comfortable. I have used it for a couple of hours without any discomfort.The fold-up arm rests work well and are nicely padded.Assembly was fairly quick and straightforward, with good instructions.The wheels are slightly stiff. I find they only turn when I move the chair whilst I'm sitting on it. When I move the chair without weight on it, the wheel casing revolves, but the wheels don't turn. They may loosen with use. I'm using the chair on a carpet which the hard plastic wheels can grip.Two bolts were missing. However spare bolts are included so it wasn't a problem.The bolts for fixing the back to the seat should be turned carefully as I found two of them did not fix securely but kept turning. Despite this the back seems firmly fixed to the seat.This is a stylish, well made, versatile, comfortable and nice looking chair which I can recommend.

I had previously bought a chair on line which was rubbish so kept looking at all the options, plus i have had a high work bench fitted so needed it higher than a normal swivel chair. Arrived 2 days earlier than expected, easy to put together, following the instructions and is ideal for me. Seating area is wide lumbar support seems good and it's adjustable, in fact that's why i went for the chair with arms. Have to see how it wears as only first day so only given 4 at the moment but really pleased so far
