Perfect! Saved me! My charger disappeared.

Although I was concerned this might not be as good as the OEM charger, it worked perfectly. I had spent a year in the UK and bought a Dyson which obviously came with a charger and built in UK plug. When moving back using the UK plug with an adapter was very clumsy, so I looked for a US standard replacement. The OEM charger is, as is everything Dyson, very expensive and the justification for replacing the existing UK plus adapter very tenuous. However at this cost, this non OEM replacement was viable. I checked it out and it appears to work with no obvious ill effects on the battery. Time will tell whether this was false saving, but so far so good.

Arrived quickly, in perfect shape and is just as described. Functions just s it should. Good value.

Purchased a refurbished Dyson V11 off of eBay. The unit came charged, but after testing the unit and plugging in the charger we noticed the Dyson would not charge. After researching, we decided to buy a new charger and rule that out before returning the unit. This charger looks very similar to the one that shipped with our V11 and the adapter fit into the unit perfectly. Immediately our Dyson showed the charging indicator and we are happy that our Dyson now works. Great replacement product.

Bought a Dyson v12 Slim Detect from a closing Bed Bath and Beyond for super cheap and it didn't come with anything but the vacuum itself so obviously I needed a charger. This one came faster and is cheaper than the one from Dyson so I had to try it. It works great and charges the battery just fine. The only problem I'd say is the plug is angled very weirdly so It takes up a large space on the powerstrip no matter which way I put it, but overall totally usable.

I purchased a refurbished Dyson and received a bad charger with it. Unfortunately Dyson customer service insistwd on replaccing a part that was not broken instead of the charger. I finally gave up and bought this charger and it has worked perfectly. I like that it has red/ green lights to indicate charging status which the charger provided by Dyson did not. Just be aware that Dyson might cancel yoyur warranty for using a non- Dyson charger.

I was very pleased that I didn’t have to throw my Dyson vacuum out and that I only had to change the cord. I was so happy so found it on Amazon it works perfect npw
