lid handle is loose not sure if i can use it or no,,,

I purchased this Hawkins induction compatible pressure cooker expecting normal performance, but unfortunately it has not met my expectations. It takes around 7–8 whistles to cook food properly, whereas a good pressure cooker usually finishes cooking in 1–2 whistles. Because of this, cooking takes much longer and uses more gas/electricity. I followed the correct water level and cooking instructions, so the issue seems to be with pressure build-up or overall efficiency. The build quality looks fine, but the performance is disappointing. I would not recommend this product unless this issue is fixed or replaced.
