Nice hand ball
Quick ship. Just as described. I’m a senior w arthritic hands. I bought this to strengthen my hands. It’s perfect for me. It has a nylon type cover over the med. soft rubber ball. I can grip this pretty hard but not squish it. There is a noticeable difference in my hand strength after a couple weeks of using it a few minutes a day.

This therapy ball is very effective for use as a hand-exerciser for people with arthritis. The neoprene cover ensures the ball does not pop as a fidget toy-type “stress ball” often does.
