Great looking and performing filament!
After reading many negative reviews I thought I'd provide some positive feedback, on the White filament... As you can see in the first photo, this filament DOES indeed seem to expand quite a bit, when pushed through the nozzle. The size you see at the tip of my nozzle is what I expected, but the bit you see on the printer bed is what it looks like when you push it through. At first, this concerned me and I started to think I would regret this purchase. I decided to go ahead and print a temp tower and see how it went... It printed beautifully! It hardly strings, lays down smooth, sticks well and finishes strong! I did notice on the first couple of layers that it expanded on the bed and my nozzle was dragging through what had been printed, so there is some scoring/marring. I may need to calibrate my extruder again to help with this. Overall though it doesn't seem to affect the print, other than the top layer as seen in the second photo. As far as the strength/brittleness, I can't say that its less durable than any other PLA filament I've printed with, and I primarily print with PLA+. I've dropped it, tried crushing it at the thin parts and even used my exact-o knife to cut the holes a bit for the dominos seen in the third photo. (It's definitely NOT "brittle" or "styrofoam" as other reviewers stated.) I suspect I needed to cut/trim the holes because of the expansion but it was minimal and may also be due to the design of the model. I'm used to printing my PLA+ at around 205 to 210. While the numbers in the temp tower look better at 210, the bridging looks better at 205, as well there are less dimples in the finish. I printed with my standard PLA profile settings and I'm really happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this filament and I will probably buy a different color for myself in the future!! Perfect Shiny Pink, Prints Great
This filament has a very distinct shine to it that you just won't find in other PLA filaments. It creates a spectacular effect on the surfaces of printed objects. That being said, a few things to note: When manually extruding this filament, it tends to glob up and thicken like a little plastic sausage. While unusual, it does not affect it's ability to be printed normally. Overhangs and bridging will be more difficult, but standard supported prints will work just fine. This effect is common among other filaments with a satin finish as well, not just this one. This filament prints a bit hotter than standard PLA. I have an all-metal hotend which typically has to print hotter, and I've found it prints best at 220c. For standard/PTFE hotends, I would expect maybe 210c to be a good temp. Of course, every printer varies. The standard 60c hotbed worked just fine. I haven't tried a non-heated bed with this, so I'm unsure how well it will stick. I've seen other reviews here from people saying it has poor layer adhesion, but I have not found that to be the case at all. Those were most likely not printed at a high enough temperature. If you're looking for some stunning shiny pink plastic for your prints, you can't go wrong with this.

Beautiful but not really Hot Pink
This is a very nice filament however it is not really a hot pink as advertised. It is more of a pale red or light strawberry. Regardless of the color being not as I thought it prints beautifully, I have no problems with it not sticking as it has great layer adhesion and sticks to the bed without any problems., It flows smooth and consistent and can print it at a lower temperatures, even in the 190's. It is easy to print and has a nice shine. This is not your standard pla. I do love the color even though it is not what I expected. I am still searching for a true hot pink silk but this is highly recommended. Just know though this does not look hot pink. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for that.

Silky smooth and beautiful.
This is fantastic stuff. It has a really cool sheen to it that that depth-metallic-y look. It prints great and is the least stringy material I have used. When I manually extrude a little, it seems to pull back up a little and forms a fat blob instead of just sagging down and falling off. Its weird, but I think that's why retractions are super clean. I love the color. It looks different in different lighting, and an added bonus, it fluoresces under a UV light. Solutech has become my go to material. I have tried several colors form them and all are great. I also bought this in blue and I am looking forward to using it. Great material at a great price.

Very Brittle
First off, I use 3D Solutech filaments only for all my 3D printing - love the quality, the colors, and the ease of use. Never have clogging or other issues - until now. I needed a green for a project I was having my students do. Not too many choices for green so I settled on this one. A bit shinier than I preferred, but it was green and that is what I needed. Once the students and I started printing things out with this filament, they looked fine. BUT all the printed items started snapping with the slightest force. Any time a student dropped their item, it would shatter into pieces. Any printed protrusion, like a handle, knob, or ear, would simply break off when touched. Not a great filament. Hopefully not a sign of things to come from 3D Solutech. I am trying out the camp green (darker than I would like) - we'll see how that goes.

Amazing color and detail, but lower strength
I love the look and feel of this filament! Prints beautifully @195C. I have noticed that it doesn't appear to exhibit the same strength as other filaments that I've used, even from the same company. I've had some parts break, similar to other reviews. The same parts had no issues when printed in other filaments using the exact same settings. I am going to experiment with my temperatures and speeds to see if I can get it to be a little less brittle. For detailed parts, however, this is a good as it gets. The color is breathtaking and the texture is appealing!

I bumped my printer temperature up 10 degrees (from 190 to 200) compared to Hatchbox PLA, and it worked wonderfully. Printed for roughly 16 hours for the pieces in the pictures attached with no issues. Plastic has an interesting looking sheen to it.
